Just I'd like to tell about myself. I'm Vignesh, over the past three years I've been working as an IT Technical Recruiter role in various companies in State of Tamilnadu. I came across many candidates in USA when I recruit peoples based on SAP requirements. Finally I got interested to learn more about SAP for without knowing myself.
Recently I enquired about SAP form some SAP authorized training center near my living. They were suggested me to take HCM module depends on my experience.
I need to clear following things:
1. If I complete my SAP HCM module with proper certification? then can I get jobs in MNC? Because, most of companies are preferred for success factor module.
2. Which state has more openings in HCM module in India?
How can I apply or market my profile to MNC companies from myself?
