What after SAP HR Training?

Dear All,

I have recently completed my training in SAP HR and struggling to get into SAP HR. As you all know being a SAP Fresher it is very difficult to enter into SAP world and it can take ample amount of time. So in the meanwhile I do not want to sit idle and waste my time. I would want to learn more on SAP and add to my SAP knowledge.

So can anyone please suggest what can I opt for after SAP HR? I am a graduate and would wish to do something at a Post Graduate level.

Hi Ritesh,

You have take to a certification in SAP HCM and then try...  you surely get it because it gives a value and shows that you are certified.

continue doing post graduation, has a good value in the SAP industry.

for SAP fresher, start looking for small companies initially, later, you can enter into MNC's

Hi Ritesh,

Only thing is you have to continuously read & improve ur knowledge both theoritically and practically. and continuously search job postings in naukri......if you have little bit patience there are many opprotunities even for freshers. don't worry. only thing is you have to wait with patience.
