Hi Ramesh,
Do you have a programming background? If yes, then it will be easier for you to understand ABAP. However, you need to do a course on this module. You can either choose to do the course with SAP education partners (quite expensive) or from a local institute. After completion of the course, it would be better if you go for SAP certification. It will give you a boost, and will be comparatively easier to get jobs.

I already finished course in abap in local institute. Now i need to enter in company to improve my knowledge in sap field . Im searching for a entry in abap sir.

Hi Ramesh,
In that case you can upload your current resume, containing the details about the SAP skills you have acquired during your training, on the job sites. Employers would approach you in case they are pleased with your profile. Alternatively, you can first go for your certification, through some reputed institute. They provide you with the training and also help you with placements.
