Unable to Register in sapindiacreer.com as Aspirant

HI All,

Recently I completed My Certification.

I am looking to register in www.sapindiacareer.com as Aspirant.

it's showing error message while registering as 'Certification id does not exist'.

I have given number of mails to mailto:support@sapindiacareer.com

  also calls about this issue. But response from them

Can anybody Please let me know how to resolve this Issue or whom to Escalate.
