Hi Santanu
As you already have SAP experience which modules have you done ABAP programming for? I would assume it would be easier to transition by leveraging existing experience?
Also, if you already have a job you might be able to talk to your employer to see what opportunities exist to cross-skill?
Finally, what modules do you know about and do any of them interest you?

Hi Santanu,
Many of guys who transformed their SAP Technical consultant to SAP Techno-Functional consultant due to high demand in multiskill and cross skills.
The business process side whichever module you are working on... Just go to SAP Service Marketplace and download Best Practice Business Processes or Just type the name of "business process which you work on" or Module name and word "Best Practice" Google will take you to SAP Service Market place directly. However, you need SAP OSS id for some documents and some documents not require.
You can learn easily through SAP Standard Best Practice which can give you roadmap of each stage and module.
Best of luck.

Please help us here: where in any of that paragraph do you provide any useful information about yourself that would allow any of us to:

You have SAP experience. You know of SAP Modules. You work in the industry. You are your own person. How is anyone on here qualified to give you advise without any context?
Step back - what do you enjoy doing? Which module have you learned about that you find interesting? Which one have you done more ABAP in? Which one might your current employer let you get experience in?
I think you have the answer you just need to think it through a bit.

Hi Santanu,
Best fit module at all time is SAP SD because you can't see without SD module in SAP ERP.
It is tightly integrated with MM, PP and FI. If you learn SD then you tend to learn other modules.
If you ask any SD guys who has more than 5 years they would have 2 modules added in their skill.
But, always you have to remember that you should have one primary core skill and other second skills, so that you will nourish well.
Best of luck.
