- You could take a course in ABAP (highly advisable). 
- You could also start reading SAP Help. 
- You could also download the Free downloadable version and start practising.
- You could use Google and SCN to search for relevant material and queries.
- You could also start using ABAP Help (F1) when you start practising.
- You could also use ABAPDOCU for sample SAP programs.
