Nice one Amit.
I have experience on neither of these 2 modules. My domain experience is on MM/SD/PP/WM/IM modules as I told you my core exp is on ABAP. But now the market needs a techno-functional guy rather than just an ABAPer and now a days I see oppurtunities only on ABAP with CRM and HR domain exp.

For me Perhaps this is just rumor,no doubt HR people can be found very rarely as well as HR module very rarely implement By SAP customer because of its high cost,so in many cases Customer prefer Third party HR ERP tool other than SAP which saves their lot of money.
As you've your Domain exp in MM/SD/PP module than i would suggest you to go with either MM/SD.
Good Luck
Amit.

HI Tom,
If you can learn CRM it will be a best option as per my suggestion, because you already have experience in technical side, so if you learn CRM Functional, It will be good in future. Along with CRM functional try to learn CRM technical as well it help you a lot and you will have more demand in the market.
Finally decision is yours, This is just my suggestion.
