Well i'm currently a fresher in and working for SAP Basis i have only about 9 months of experience and i would want some suggestion on growing my career..

I'm also looking for any certification the most Basic once please suggest ...

Hi Sunam,

I started to reply, but what started as a reply morphed into a full-on blog post. Please see FAQ: Middle and Late SAP Career Paths. For your next few years, the best option for you is to learn everything you can about SAP Basis. After about 4 or 5 years, you'll naturally move towards one of the three SAP Mid-Career paths based on your own interests and experiences.

I'm not sure I understand your request, Sunam. Do you want to do Basis work for the SAP HR Recruitment module, do you want to become a functional SAP HR Recruitment specialist, or do you want to become someone who recruits SAP resources and places them on projects? Give me a little more info and maybe I'll be able to help more. -td

I'd want to become someone who recruits SAP resources and places them on projects.... But i would'n mind if you could share me your views on both the streams / questions you have asked....I'm new, young and its better that I have variety now to select what I want for future
