I am and ABAPer with 5 years of Experience. I have to upgrade my skills. Can someone suggest me which of the following are best in terms of Demand and Growth. I am ready to learn functional also though i am from Technical Background.

and also what are the prerequisites to learn below modules.

1. CRM Technical.

2. SAP S/4 HANA-Simple Finance

3. SAP Fiori.

Why not all? No, really ...

First : where are you at now? Consultancy? In-house development? Are you currently an "All-Round ABAPer" or very savvy in a specific SAP-Module such as Finance?

It is a bit generic, but either inform yourself on the Strategy / Vision within your Company (What skills / Platforms is the company in and what is the Future Direction), or just take a look at interesting (SAP-)areas such as UX (SAPUI5), IoT (SAP Leonardo) or Cloud (SAP Cloud Platform) in combination with (S/4)HANA ...

Check out the OpenSAP-courses as introductory passages into some of these areas ... They are free and can give you a glimpse of any of the mentioned Products. Maybe that can start you off in a certain direction?

Overall, there is a (slow?) move in SAP-development becoming more Full-Stack, with Frontend (SAPUI5 / Fiori) and specific Database-Technology and all that is in between (and Cloud, and IoT, and ...). It is a very steep learning curve and it will be very difficult to spend time and effort in all of them. But it is an interesting challenge.

Lastly, I haven't made mention of the Functional area as I consider a Skilled ABAPer / Developer to be someone that should at least try to "upgrade" on a Technical Level first (provided you are still interested in the Technical Side of SAP).
