SuccessFactors Certifications

I have been working with large & small companies in deploying enterprise social collaboration platforms for over 2 years now (None of them SAP products), I am interested in learning & certifying on SuccessFactors however I could not find any info on certification or training on the web..

I was told by the SAP Bangalore (India) office they do not offer any such certification yet but during my initial research I found people with the certification on LinkedIn & here on SCN.. I would appreciate if someone can guide me how to get certified on the platform..

Hi Vipin,

Check in your Organization weather they can Conduct online SAP Certification Exams ..if you are working as a  client for SAP Labs.

or else go to SAP Labs ..show your experince Certifcate in SAP..they will register your name.

Hi Naveen,

Thanks for your response.. However the response I got from SuccessFactors folks is that the implementation training programs are only available for certified partners of SuccessFactors.

So I am guessing the only way out is to find an employment with any of the SuccessFactors partners & then go for certification.. However my next question there would be would they hire someone with non-SAP experience?
