Study Qualification for get into SAP Career ??

Dear Professionals

I have 8+ years experience in production planning , material requirement planning , demand planning , Inventory control in Manufacturing Industries . Iam having SAP PP end user experience . I have completed Diploma as full time course and B.tech in distance mode . I wanna do SAP certification course in SAP PP .  Will the recruiters consider my profile as 8+ years domain exp + SAP PP end user + SAP certified ????

Your reply will helpful to my SAP Career and Kindly suggest me which institute is better to do SAP certification

Hi Mohan,

You must be work hard being working and completed your education through distance mode.

Keep it up.

You have good experience. Most of the companies prefer 16 years+ education for SAP jobs.

I am not really sure about distance education .

But I strongly believe, with SAP certification and strong functional experience you had ,

companies will consider you for SAP jobs.

I will say something about SAP Certification.

1. To work as SAP consultant, SAP certification is not necessary. If you plan for SAP certification, you must take written communication from SAP institute that after certification they will give a Job i.e first offer letter then SAP Certification course. Otherwise you will face same problem what you face now, after certification.

2. Try to get a job as SAP support consultant/power user in any company.

3. In current market lot of SAP certified person waiting for their turn. Only because of lack of experience.

4. This require high investment in few days, First check SAP market then go ahead.
