Great question - I believe this is in follow up on S4 HANA adoption, but is true for all systems - with regard to mindset, understanding impacts and benefits by role is always essential so expectations can be managed effectively for all stakeholders. As it relates to a change in responsibilities, upskilling and reskilling, the built in simulations and help using SAP EnableNow are very helpful in building confidence and capability to execute work in a new way for each worker.
