Shifting to a new company

Hi All,

I am working as an MM Consultant for a reputed Solutions Provider firm in India for the past 3.5 yrs. I have now received offer from a User Company (which has also been a client to my company for SAP implementation). I am confused as to what should be my Remuneration as per my SAP experience of 3.5 yrs. Or, what should be the percentage increase in hike considering the present market conditions and considering that it is a user company.

Friends please let me know, if you have any idea on this.

Thanks in advance,

SK

Hi

There cannot be a fixed percentage attached to this.

But if you are a certified consultant and hold a masters degree, I would say that a 20-25% raise from current pay is decent to ask for.

It can be lower if you do not have the above two qualifications.

Again all depends on your working knowledge and the company you have worked in too.

Ask others in your circle about the same and take an informed decision.

Hope this helps!

Regards
