Shift of Career to SAP

Hi All,

This is Harish from Chennai. I would like to seek a career in SAP and I need some guidance from your side. To tell about myself, am a BE graduate in ECE(2007 passout). Currently am working in a software company as a developer in PHP technology and have 2 years industrial experience. Before 2 years i did a course in ABAP. Now i would like to seek a career in SAP. So for that how do i equip myself to enter into this field? Once again do i need to do some course in SAP to brush up my basics. Which module is SAP is best to choose? Is it the right time for me to shift my career? Please give me some guidance with this regards.

Why are you shifting from PHP to ABAP ?,Pl go through 2nd & 3rd sticky threads in this forum.
