Hi Dinesh,

Do you work as functional consultant or a Super user within your organization?

Now-adays most of CMMI level 3 & above companies do have a basic criteria of having full time bachelor degree. So it is always recommended to go for Full time degree. Based on my experience if you go for full time degree ( which is 3 years after diploma), you can still add your 2 yeas of SAP PP experience into your profile.

If at all it is not possible to go for full time degree, then you need to ensure that you will be thinking of some executive MBA in operations or some related stream to extend horizons of your career.

But my personal opinion, it is still recommended to go for Full time degree for several reasons.

Regards,

Amol
