Hi All,
Yesterday I was met with one guy , he is SAP HR Certified Consultant, Now I tell you one thing he is full time fake guy with 3.5 Years Exp. and when i was working with last employer last month he came for interview with 2 years exp at that time he is not certified after 5 mins chat i asked to leave from interview at that time.
Yesterday he is appriciating for my ,Suresh datti and other guys efforts for SDN community as well as he told that he is fake so like his friends are also i think 40 guys he is telling now all those are working for UK with really very very high package i think 1% what i am earning in year now my point is at that when i took interview he doesnt know what payroll means why we are using it now he is handing whole SAP implementation Project GOD save this project 20 guys in the project is Full fake.
Another person with him i asked why dont you contribute now you have knowledge about subject he answered i am not as fool as SDN community people to loose my market
Now what is my point is all those guys are in community and become expert by asking each and every questions doubts and then smartly putting fake exp getting huge salary .
Is sharing knowledge is good or bad?
Now to whom i should give answers , what if geniune guy is facing difficulty like i know few.
Bitter truth.
Know with this behaviour i think i should take care my self by fake drive by giving fake list of people who are working in different company so that first all employer see this list and then decide genuine guy as a part of back ground checking.
I dont know how many people are with me but i will sure start and put it to end.
Any suggestions and comments?

This is a common problem.
Clearly some problems lie with the interview process of the company hiring.
Someone was asking to provide resume for him to fake his own..
You can normally tell interview questions from real life problems - normally by the quality of the questions asked....
One option is to give incorrect answers to people in the hope they do not get to interview.
Anyone that gets through the interview and gets a job, that problem is down to the company hiring, and they get what they deserve!

Do not give incorrect answers, as I will think you are incompetent from your answers here.
However there is nothing wrong with giving incomplete answers that point the way to the full answer. Those who can find the solution will become better. Those who still do not understand will ask you to 'spoon feed' them.

Dear Manoj,
because i'm a newbie maybe you will take this message not seriously.
but i always believe ....that this forum is build for a good reason....expert or non expert
share and gain knowledge here....for example : myself, its so hard to find an expert on crm in my country...that i must depend a lot on this forum to gain moore knowledge...you know reading sap.help and sap notes doesnt works really well to me...so i learn by reading other people problem and by send a few of my problem.
anyway..there a lot type of people in here.....fake...real one..and other..lets think of it like a big cycle of learning process.so lets embrace it and live with it:)
best regards,

This is so unlike the SDN spirit. I agree with Indah, real or fake, they'll bear the fruits of thier labor, either humiliation or appreciation that boosts or boots them out.
In my opinion, to shield your knowledge for the fear that goes into wrong hands, is not what community is about. You appear to be jolted by what he said "i am not as fool as SDN community people to loose my market". I personally think that he might have realised in the interview that you sensed that he's full of crap. He must fave felt intimidated and so the next time he met you, he took the responsibility of initmidating you and your knowledge.
I've come across people like that - a contractor at my previous employer, this person who was there for portal admin, asked in the meeting what an infocube was, and before her contract finished, this person, came to me and asked me to teach BW reporting because it seemed easy for that person to get a job in BW reporting. Though i was shocked by that reason, i did show a simple query and gave help.sap.com links to go thru. I wasnt going to spoon feed.
Knowledge isnt something we can bottle up and keep it closed, dont be shooed to a corner because some person thinks in such silly way.
Best Wishes Manoj....

I totally agree with the dilema you are facing Manoj...just yesterday i got a call from a collegue of mine...who asked for a favour by giving a telephonic interview for his friend...who was such a fool that he mentioned in his resume "ECC 4.7"..leave apart any other thing...that guy is showing fake work ex of 2 implementations ....i know that he will not be able to crack the interview on his own...or even if he did by taking somebody's help..he will be thrown out from that organization...but what if the same guy...picks things from SDN...and somehow...solves the issue..u can imagine...what a guy with 2 implementations can earn in the market..!!
where we guys will stand..!!

We are here on SDN to help....Don't care if the people is fake or real....If you see a question that can answer, go ahead...So fake people are going to use it for it's own benefit....while real people is going to use it to solve their problems....
There's always going to be fake people....We can't do anything about it....Also, they put their own reputation in risk....Supposed that I hire one guy that claims to be a BW master (I don't know BW so I would need to rely on his resume)....If that guy is a fake, I would realized it soon....fired him....And if someday someone asks me about that guy, I'm going to say that he's a fake...and then, like a chain...No one would be thinking about hire him....
Greetings,
Blag.
