My qualification is B.E (electrical & electronics) from National University of Singapore.

I have talk to genovate bangalore and they suggest me to take QM module after they verified my CV.

I recommend that you not take anyone else's advice on which module interests you most. Please see the Books blog in the Blogs for folks interested in Certification or just in learning SAP functionality section of  the SAP Career Blog Links blog. I recommend you get an overview book to get a feel for all that SAP has to offer and then, if QM seems like a good fit, get a QM specific book. Think of it as cheap insurance against making a potentially incredibly expensive mistake.

I also recommend that you read some of the blogs there which concern Certification. In general, it is best to get a job that requires you to use SAP prior to getting training. Do NOT quit your job to get the training, thinking that you'll be able to get an SAP job easily afterwards. Regardless of what Genovate tells you know, there are plenty of stories from folks with your level of experience that were jobless for a year or more after they quit their job to get certification. Certification alone is not a ticket to a job in SAP. You must have hands on experience and that should come before you get certified.

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
