SAP SD certification Book + Material + Set of questionnaire's link needed

I am keen to do SAP certification and looking for the SAP SD all sets of book with latest version along with any other material and questionnaire which helps me for the exam preparation.

From your above comments, I can only say, you can very well direct the OP how you got the material rather sharing the document.  By doing so, you not only, are helping the OP but also other newbies who are learning through this forum.  Hope you got my point.
