You can get many PDF file in Google search about SAP SD.

You can search part by part.

I also suggest, If you have the sap system,

You can find help topic in the sap screen.

In SAP easy access screen, you can select the field and press F1, you will get the details about this field.

For IMG screen, you will find the option for every topic.

Just click on this, you will get a long text information..

"Clynn G Williams" book for SAP SD which is very useful.

And try to practice what you read which is mandatory to get confidence on the subject.
