Please have a look at Advice for Students Interested in a Career in SAP. You're on the right course, but you should actively seek internships before your MBA is complete.

Just check Amazon or check out a book on SAP SCM. Anything published by SAP Press is going to be fine but as long as it covers SAP SCM, you probably won't go wrong.

I assume you're asking if there's work to be had in California as an SCM consultant. Yes, but be aware that SCM is a niche. Start researching companies that specialize in SCM, like Bristlecone. Not an endorsement, per se, since I've never worked with them directly, but they've been doing SCM longer than most. I advise contacting Bristlecone and seeing if they'll send someone to speak at a club or class or something on campus. This will get you in their mind as someone who can take initiative and get things done. Should also provide you with an opportunity to ask about internships.

INTERNSHIP! Search DICE and Monster for companies who are looking for SCM resources. Then check their corporate websites for internships. Don't be disappointed if your internship consists of getting coffee for folks who are really doing the work. The contacts you make during an internship generally make a job offer a slam dunk when you graduate as long as you're not a complete screwup.
>4. Can i apply for Supply Chain Management Certification along with SAP SCM APO, Will it's gives advantage to >my career in future?
Not sure what distinction you are making here. SCM APO is a subcomponent of SCM.

SAP Business by design is targeted at SMALL companies. SCM is targeted at HUGE manufacturing companies (normal size manufacturing companies can generally get by with SAP ECC Material Management and Production Planning modules). This is a *very* different career path that doesn't really jibe with the rest of your questions. It's totally valid if you think you'll prefer working with smaller companies and be more of a generalist but that's totally different from being a supply chain management specialist.
Hope that helps!
