SAP module selection guidance needed

Hi

I am wokring in IBM as IT Specialist (Service operations. service management ) from last 4 years

My Qualification are PGDIT (Symbiosis- part time) and Bachelors of Engineering (pune university)

It is more of support role with client interaction and we work on change/release activities.

Certifications ITIL, Six sigma , MCSA .

I want to start career in SAP   ,  SAP HANA is I heard is good but that operate in real time and

But is it technical /functional/tecofunctional

I am not much technical and want to move out of technical side and coding so planning to move to SAP\

please advice a correct module which will suit my profile . Advice needed

Hi,

As per your profile it states that you are more involved in service sector and had better understanding of the Service operations.

Though SAP HANA is good there are very few implementations on it and it is more like a data base,technical.

i think you can opt for SAP CRM(services,marketing,sales) or CS module which caters your Experience.
