WM is more applicable for MM consultant.
You can go for WM module.
And also I will suggest
Please have a look into CIN ..
I have faced Many company's requirement is SAP MM Consultant with CIN.

You can go for WM.
WM or PP can be merge in MM module.
Because same business logic can control these modules.
Many company need SAP MM/WM Consultant.
But for international project CIN is most prior....
For now You can for WM, after some years you can learn CIN.

Hi Amrutha Prabhu ,
You can go with WM or SRM.
But if you are going for SRM , you should have some idea about ABAP (It will be help to you )
If you are going to WM , Already u have a MM knowledge and it will be add on advantage ,
Both are the advance topics.
Better option You can also learn CIN , If you want to work for the indian projects .

SCM stands for Supplier Relationship Management.
Its a relation ship management between supplier and organization.
You have to choose your basic module as MM...
Then you can add other modules experience as per your interest.
I suggest don't mix with technical and functional.
MM/WM/SRM is all are grouped under functional. But ABAP and BASIS is technical.
You can get the knowledge of abap or basis, because these modules are little bit integrate with functional modules.
Whenever an abap write a program then they will need some information from functional, like as
Form which table the data will be fetched. Which table linked up with another table.
Actually functional team write a FS (functional specification) to technical, then write the code as per logic.

Hi ,
If you want to learn SRM , If you know interfaces ....It will be add on advantage .
If you added knowledge , You can learn ABAP .When you are working it will be easy for you .
If the problem is solved .Please close the ticket .

Hi Dibyendu
CIN is essential for International projects ...U said that
I am a consultant on MM/CIN, I believe it is only essential
for consultants who are from India or Brazil. and In India
also it may disappear in coming year as GST is on its way.
I believe SRM has its own opportunities and WM has its own,
If you like the Purchasing/Vendor side then go with SRM and if you
like the activities with goods movement and with your inventory
then you should go for WM.
