You have not shared what is your experience level or in which area you are comfortable. I can list out en number of scenarios but that won't help, as long as I know whether you know the basics. Please share more information about yourself and whether you are a Consultant or an End User ?

As I already said, you need to be specific in what you want. Your comment is so generic and I don't think, anybody will share their real-time issues. By the way, I presume, you want not only real-time issues but also solutions right ? For this, the best approach would be to search in Google to find out the issues and what inputs members gave.
