some point from my point

1) once should know all procurement process knowledge in domain like

a) how procurement take place and from which point procurement start in domain

b) how requirement get generated in organization and bids or quotations are invited

c) how taxes applicable for which process like where CST applicable,vat excise,service tax etc

Vendor Master and Material Master data

Consumption Based Planning

Purchasing

Inventory Management

Evaluation of Materials

Invoice Verification

Thanks for your response.

I have 5 years of exp in procurement and most of the terminologies used in SAP are very familiar to me. I am working in SAP environment for more than 5 years now.

Can you please suggest in this situation how i can move my career to SAP and how difficult or easy it will be.
