You are in the learning process of SAP but your expectation is more on salary as your post shows this. Moreover, you have not shared more information about you as to what MM course you have done, whether it is from local institute, whether you learned configuration. Even if you learned configuration, it is not clear the areas you are familiar with as MM is just generic terminology. Lastly to answer your question, no you will not equal salary what you are currently getting since you will be treated as a fresher only, if you switch over your career to MM consultant
