Managerial Positions are not based on certifications, they are based on personal calibre.

You should have inherent skills of managing people.

As Ravi has mentioned Managerial post in any field is purely based on personal calibre. Just by completing any course or certiifcation will not help anyone to sit on that post.

You have to have a clear focous on your goal you want to achieve.
