SAP institute certificate or global certificate

I am an HR executive having experience of 1.5 yrs and doing my SAP HCM course and can anyone give me advice of what after the course how can I apply for a job in SAP HCM and is institute certificate good or should I go for any other certificate any experienced people give me the advice
