HI Experts.

I am into SAP PI/XI since last 4.5 years and have good grasp over it .

My manager is asking me to learn a new technology in which he is giving option for Hybris and fiori. He is more inclined towards Hybris.

I have done little bit of reserch and know what fiori and hybris are and think that I can go for Hybris.

But I would like to know opinios of others that :

1)How is hybris for career, considering I go completely for it?

2)How good will be the combination of Hybris with SAP PI?

3)Is hybris all technical ? or how much functional exposure I will get?

4)how decent is demand in market for Hybris consultants?

5) Any other point you can think of worth sharing

Thanks in advance.

Hi Dilip ,

I would suggest go for fiori instead of hybris as for Hybis  u need to have in-depth knowledge of java rather for fiori itz just some tags knowledge which u can easily learn from W3 schools.

Although its been almost 1 yr that I asked this question but thanks Tomar for answering that.

Lately I realized that with 4 yrs in PI, I still had a lot to learn in that, so I went into little logistics,FI,CRM and HR to know the basics .This has helped me in understanding flow of integration from end to end and specially tha business needs and the place PI finds in it .

So decided to spend some more time with PI and will definitely learn these techs in future if again given chance.
