Hello,
Iam having 5 years of experience in the field of HR (3 yrs in General HR activities). Am planning to pursue a career in SAP HR and thinking of joining Genovate for the training course. Can seniors advice me on the following:
1) Is it a right career move in this phase?
2) Is Payroll experience a MUST for the training? I do not have must experience in Payroll since never got a chance to work in it.
3) Is SAP HR course having more weightage for Payroll ?? Would a fresher like me be able to grasp payroll taught in SAP course.
Please advice.
Regards,
Shital

Hi Shital,
1) I believe so. You have right amount of functional knowledge, you can shift.
2) Most of the things covered in Training are basic. Once you are certified, you may have develop your skills over a period of time on your own. Not all the modules are covered in your training.
3) I do not think you are fresher. You have good amount of domain knowledge. In my opinion, you should be able to pick it up very easily.
Please check the certification details at the following link. You will find the curriculum.
