Hello ,
SAP education is a very well recognised and respected global pedagogy. While the students have the flexibility to sit for the exam from any location, the certification, I understand, is issued by a central body in Germany(?). Please do correct me if my understanding is wrong.
Hence, my queries to this central body are as under:
- Is there a repository from where I can know the following - the count of SAP HCM consultants globally/ a country wise listing.
- The passing ratio i.e. the number of SAP HCM consultants taking the exam every year and getting the prized certificate.
- Also, what is the demand-supply ratio in the SAP HCM talent market across various Geographies? Any recent study/ publication that I can
refer to especially w.r.t. India, Australia, APAC and MENA? - Just like there is a universally accepted body of Chartered/ Cost Accountants, Engineers, etc., is there a body of SAP HCM consultants?
- If not, is there a plan to create such a body for all SAP consultants depending on their area of expertise?
You would wonder why I ask these questions? That's because I start with my SAP HCM course from 1st October, 2013 from a SAP Training Centre here in New Delhi, India and thought it relevant to check on these queries from who better than you!
