Hi Everyone,
I have recently completed my SAP HCM certification and want to pursue a growth oriented career as a SAP HCM Functional consultant with a progressive organization. Can someone please suggest a good way to explore opportunities for a fresher who has good domain knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources. I am currently following LinkedIn and a few job portals for opportunities.
Would also appreciate if you could share any suitable openings that you may know of for SAP HCM Associates. I do not have any location constraints. Can travel the world for SAP!

Hi Vinaypreet,
It is good that you are open to relocate for job. I see that you are already on linkedin checking for jobs via sites, in addition to that try to establish contact and network with recruiters who advertise jobs.
It is of course a challenge to get a job quickly in SAP because there are many people with skills/training/certification already hunting for job in the market but the one who does well in all aspects should get a job definitely. It might take sometime for you to get a break so have patience and continue to search and keep updating your knowledge.
Pick the job sites which are visited by job hunters mostly such as (recruit.net, naukri.com, monster.com, jobsahead.com etc). Referrals are a great and effective source for applying for job, so keep in touch with people in your circle who are working in different companies so that they can update you for any possible job openings in their companies.
Good Luck.
