I hold 2 years experience in Operations from India, along with 6months experience as Outsourcing consultant in UK.
I'm looking forward to do SAP certification in functional side as I'm not comfortable towards technical side.
I was thinking about doing CRM.
CAN you guys guide me which module will suit me and to find a job????
I'm planning to come down to study in India and take my certification from UK.
Thanks in advance, I hope Im not boring you people.

Hi Ghajeshu,
As per my analysis, your experience(2 years experience in Operations) will lead to PP+MM module.
whereas your education (B.tech IT bachelors degree from India along with Masters in International business from UK) leads to CRM module.
Need more clarity before advising you.
Please tell me about your profile & KRA's regarding both the jobs so that picture will be more clear.
Regards,
Balaji

Hi Ghajeshu,
Asper your Interest in CRM, Which leads more into Customer Management background whether in Sales operation or Service Orientd Domain Industry.
Anyhow if you plan for certification that will be better idea hope soo but before you do the ground study about the Module which your are going to takeup Certification.
And also I am concern @ the opportunity & future ..... Now its became bit tuff due to slowdown of the job market in India…which iam highlighting about present situation...
But i would like to tell some do and dont's here...
1, Don't ever resign from your existing job for studies. Today the world is very competitive so train your self to sail on multiple boats simultaneously.
2. Don't put all your investments nor into borrowings for investing into further studies your current earnings should be the source of investment into it.
3. Do keep 51% reserve for your fate and do your best for rest of 49% as even after putting your best efforts there is no assurance of success as your luck always runs faster than you.
After completion of your certification its not really sure about you will get job within a month or within quarter year. Its all about the opportunity in market aswell as your Complete knowledge in subject Plus your fate.....
So All the best!!!
Thanks
Nayeem.
