Hi Sivaraman,
I would suggest you to go for SAP Ariba because you also need to look at the job opportunities coming up in the selected skills !

Hi Uzair,
Thanks for your suggestion.I planned to start my Ariba learning in SAP Learning Hub from P2P process.
can u pls guide or suggest,is it the right way to start learning and how to proceed to become a successful SAP Ariba consultant?
Also planned to do SAP Ariba (P2P process) certification after 4-5months of learning..Does this certification helps me to get a good project in Ariba side or Need to get Ariba project experiance first dhan doing a certification without any ariba project experiance.Need your suggestion as per current market trend.
Thanks & Best Rgds,
Sivaraman.

Hi Sivaraman,
Sorry for the delay in response.
Yes, learning HUB is the best place to start with and I would suggest that going for a training with SAP is best once you are done with the self learning in HUB.
If you are working in a SAP partner company then it shouldn't be that difficult for you to get trained with SAP
In most of the service based companies, consultants who aspire to shift to a different technology or any SAP module or new dimensional product, its always best to remain in the current company and request the Management to place you in a project which has Ariba over a period of time, gain REAL TIME experience and then move out if needed.
