I have 3years of experience in finance but not in SAP & currently I am working in a MNC.Now I want to shift my career to SAP FI consultant. I have also enquired about SAP certification but it costs around 3.5 laces which is out of my budget & after that there is no job guarantee. I am learning SAP FI in a local institute but not getting any call form interviewer. Generally I have seen Companies are looking for experienced person only. Now can you please advise me the way how I can get in to SAP Fi ?

Mukesh,
Have a look at Advice for Recent College Graduates (aka "Freshers"). Your best bet is not to try to get an SAP job directly, but rather to get an FI job at a company that is already running SAP and gradually move from end user ("front office") to SAP support ("back office") over time.
Hope this helps!

Hi Mukesh,
At present there aren't many jobs available for FI consultants. I know people who were FI Consultants, they also learnt CO and/or PI. Check CO & PI and see if you feel you like it then you can take it.
Keep searching job portals for SAP JOBS, it will help you understand the current opportunities and the modules in demand. Make good networking with people in SCN and LinkedIn, update your linkedin profile in a nice manner as many recruiters look for candidates in LinkedIn, if you can then add a line in your linkedin profile that you are currently looking for job.
Let me know if you have any question.
