Compare to sap sd-crm, sap sd-cs demand is more, even manufacturing industries are implementing customer services so go for SAP CS.

Hi,

SAP CS is cost effective since it is inbuilt within SAP R/3 ECC

Client can easily afford it as it highly integrated with other Core modules

SAP CRM is also having CRM -Service but it involves high interface development between ECC and CRM, so going forward companies will implement CS so you will have good chances

I am very happy with SAP CRM since 1999 as it is much more modern and interesting than SAP ERP.

Hi Jagadeesh,

If you look at SAP SD Customer Service, the business process service runs from SAP ERP point.  However, SAP CRM Service can work as standalone with SAP CIC (Customer Interaction Center) WebUI or integrated with SAP ECC.  This WebUI part cannot be achieved in SAP ECC or you need to connect SAP EP for SAP SD CS but again Customer Service person will enter via SAP GUI screen.

SAP CRM Service has vast functionalities. SAP CRM Service is very good in market, if you get a chance to learn, then do not miss it.

If you ask me which one is best to move your career, I personally suggest you to go with SAP CRM Service.  Check about the functionality of SAP CRM service then decide.

Hi,

Apart from the Above Comments i would like to add a Few

Due to high cost for implementing the SAP CRM Most of the Clients are opting for Third Party CRM softwares eg. Sales force interfacing with sap

if you look through Job Prospective you need to struggle a lot to get a job  in SAP CRM

Instead you can concentrate more indepth on SAP SD and Expand to other SCM modules which are highly Demandable in the Market

you can opt for Logistics Consultant or SCM Consultant which are Essential for Every SAP Implementation.
