Hi..

I am 2013 fresher from Electrical and Electronics Engineering looking for a fresher job and so my cousins suggested me to join SAP-ABAP course.But firstly i want to know is SAP a suitable course for a fresher like me and in SAP which course suits me and the best training institutes in INDIA.

Even i want to know how are the career opportunities after completing the course...

I want to know more information regarding SAP because i have zero knowledge on this.

Hi,

My first question to you is, weather you are interested to come into IT industry or to go with core Electrical and electronics industry. If you have already decided to come to IT, then SAP is one of the best technologies in the current market.

I was a Mechanical engineer by qualification. Started my SAP career with ABAP (Joined as campus recruit) and then moved on functional consulting in SAP Finance area (I moved by my choice and interest). So, if you are interested, you can sail through any technology.

As far as opportunities concerned, SAP-ABAP has good openings. But, there are more advanced things came up like webdynpro, netweaver, HANA etc. So getting trained in these areas apart from core ABAP would be really helpful.

There is other stream in SAP which is the functional side. Usually MBA/CA/Domain experts would join this stream.

Yeah actually I am interested in getting into IT sector that is the reason why i want to learn SAP.

Hi Niranjan,

Since you are a freshers & already had been suggested ABAP, i would also suggest you to start up with ABAP & down the line shift BI or HANA depending on the situation, as far as market for Abap fresher the opportunity are good & you need to do well in interviews as no certification guarantees job.

You can opt for certification from any SAP Authorized centers, either you can go with online or classroom training the fees depends.
