Hi arunprabu,

Switching from End-user to SAP Consultant is not an as simple task lot of hard work and learning is required, as you said you did some homework in self-learning. if you are confident enough switch job from product based company to service-based company.

Thanks & Regards

I wish I had this confidence after 10+ years of implementation experience 🙂

2 years in MM as an end user, even if you put some effort in self study, means that you have barely scratched the surface. Considering that there is an abundance of experienced MM consultants, your best chances are to apply for a support role in the company where you work as a business user. Usually such opportunities do not arise often, but if you know the right people and if they already have good opinion about your knowledge and willingness to learn, you stand a chance that they will consider your application.

Other than that, it is like in any other job - browse the job boards, ask people around (the ones that may be willing to recommend you for an entry position), apply for jobs, go through interviews...

Hi Arun,

Take Learning hub Subscription and also study as much as possible from

help.sap.com &

Learning Hub

Do hands on and then try attending interviews in small companies. This should help you out . You can crack it, be confident on yourself. Invest time daily.
