SAP certification course - Requirement of experience

Dear All,

My name is Ashutosh. I have completed Masters in Professional Accounting from Australia and currently working in Australia. My job field is Finance. My job decription is - Accounts receivable and Payable and Payroll Assistant. I have been working since March 2009 till date (1 year and 9 months). I want to do certification course in SAP FICO module. I heard that to undergo for SAP certification course, I have to fulfill job experience requirement in a perticular field. I am wondering that am i eligible to fulfil the requirement? If No, what should i need to do? If Yes, what kind of documentation i need to provide the same? I want to do the certification course from India. Please guide me for the same. Much appriciate your quick response.

as you have more than 1 year exprience then you should be able to go though the class room training and then certification. Go thorugh service.sap.com/education for more details and if require you can also contact sap education on given numbers.

Hi Ashutosh,

As far as the certification goes, you dont require to submit any experince certificate. Only educational certificate are required. Tho at the time of placements the work experince certificates comes into picture and helps you get into a job.

As per the latest changes into the SAP FI certification, module tfin52_05 has been called up by SAP and u can get urself enrolled to the newer version i.e., tfin52_64.

The passing % has increased to 66 as compared to 55 in the previous version as wel as the competencies and indepth concept testing too.

Rest the course content is samr for both.
