HI everyone,

                  I am a mba (marketing) have 1 year experience.i am interested to start my career in sap..my friend's already learn sap bi & bo in hyderabad

and started searching with 3.5years of exp still they don't get any job.They told me there are lot of competition in sap market to get job in present situation.is this right time to chose sap to my career??? I have knowledge in  sap bi & sap bo,some of my friend's suggest to me chose sap bi and some guys say's chose sap bo....

"there are lot of competition in sap market to get job in present situation"

Job means you have to fight with other guys.

Choose as per your experience and learn most important area for the particular module..

There are many opportunity for the SAP functional modules like as SD MM FI PP WM etc..

Hi Maheswar,

please understand one thing, as we are in a scenario where if there are two positions are to be filled, more generally they will get a minimum of 100+ Resume, and each one will fight to get that job, as every one is struggling in his life for good job hunt.

So, please don't be frustrated by seeing this scenario, once you have taken a foot ahead, don't see its cons because if you will not take risk, you will not gain exceptional things, so don't think how many people you have to go ahead with them, just start moving.

Now , when it comes to choose among the two, please understand one thing, no one knows you better than yourself, so choose those module in which you find yourself more passionate for it, because if it will be in your passion you will love working with it.

Module chosen is depend on you..

There are many modules in SAP ERP.

If you are interested in procurement, then choose MM module..

If you are interested in sales related information, then choose SD module.

If you are interested in financial matter, then you can choose FI module..

Every module has own business process..

Choose as per your interest.

Here is the list of almost all modules

  1. SAP FI Module- FI stands for Financial Accounting
  2. SAP CO Module- CO stands for Controlling
  3. SAP PS Module – and PS is Project Systems
  4. SAP HR Module – HR stands for Human Resources
  5. SAP PM Module – where Plant Maintenance is the PM
  6. SAP MM Module – MM is Materials Management -
