Can you explain little more about your daily activities. What you do with your designation of Logistics executive ?
There are many modules are related to logistics. If you tell more about your daily work, then we can tell you a specific module which can be little bit same as per your daily work.

Thanks for your immediate response sir,
my Job role is :
working in power sector, so i have to import goods from other country like US, china, japan etc. so in this regard we are importing materials through sea & air on incoterms FOB, CIF, EX works,CFR contract.
we will pay the import charges like ocean freight insurance to freight forwarding agents.
for selecting the freight forwarders we will rise RFQ, and verify the comparison statements from different suppliers, and for clearing the consignment we will approach custom's office and we will submit all the documents like Bill of lading, Packing list, invoice, origin certificate etc, and we will file bill of entry to clear the consignment.
And the goods will be delivered by road or rail to the client.
another one we will open LC(Letter of Credit) for the payment to the supplier.
Theses are the main job roles

As per your daily work, it looks like procure to pay process with Country India Version.
So I can suggest MM module with CIN.
You can read about MM module in Google.com. First learn MM module, you can learn procure to pay process in MM module and about you import processes you have to learn about CIN.

As per your profile & if you also have some sound knowledge like Customer Order , Delivery ,POD ,Customer billing, Freight , Customer Discount , Consignment Pick process then SAP SD may be good & MM also as Dev suggested .
I would advise to have some books of Glenn William & Kapil Sharma.
If you have still some query let me know.
Thx

Then You may Go for MM.
as you said the SD is good, but SD means i have to be sales department experience know, i don't have sales & marketing exp how can i choose this one,
SD is also related to Logistics. that doesn't mean whether you are in Logistic or in Sales & Marketing.
Logistic also cover the SD Process. eg - Order processing , Order, Delivery, Billing, Freight, Return processing, POD , Shipment processing so on.
Its depends upon your interest both MM & SD cover Logistic .
Still have query let me know.
Thx

Dear Sudhakar,
The SAP MM Module is suitable for you as per your job

Hi Sudhakar,
The best suitable module / system suits for you is SAP SD (cover logistics) & Foreign Trade and SAP Global Trade Services (Compliance, Customer, Risk Management.
SAP SD Covers logistic execution and Foreign Trade, however nowadays SAP trying to split all modules in big a way due to Globalization. If you look at SAP SD - Foreign Trade that becomes SAP Global Trade Services as separate system.
The quite secret is domain experience never counts in IT industry but that would be an added advantage for your career as for my experiences in India and outside India. Also, the companies first question is "Whether you have relevant SAP experience or are you holding any SAP certification" you can experience when you apply for a job.
Age side, there is no restriction of age to enter into SAP because when I studied in SAP Authorized Training Institute there were two guys whose age was 40 and 41 years and another two guys were 36 years old. That was a great boost to me when I joined at 29 years to take a certification and I started my SAP career at 29 years only.
You know one thing, all those guys got a job in only in CMM Level 5 companies in India, you have to believe you and your passion, patience and perseverance end of the day. Because those Mid 30 years and 40 years old guys were succeeded already then why can't you.
Our guys already pointed lot of things to you... Take a slow step one by one and try to get into SAP. Do not urge you and take the step. Do not leave your current job and take the step. So, take it very slowly and precisely.
How will I take step?
1. Go to SAP Authorized Training and take a certification
2. Go to SAP Training Training and Certification Shop and Take the training & certification.
3. Be patient and apply the job and set your target (give 3 to 6 months time) to get into SAP or become SAP Consultant.

Dear Gopi Sir,
Thanks a lot for your valuable answer, it is a good answer for me, but i have a small doubt that u have said SAP SD is suitable for me is it SAP-SD or SAP SD - Foreign Trade which module please answer sir or u were talking about only SAP SD.
And another doubt is You said that in interview they will ask "Whether you have relevant SAP experience or are you holding any SAP certification" .
in this question i don't have SAP experience na, then how can i get the job. please clarify sir

Hi Sudhakar,
Just to clarify there is no separate module called "SAP SD - Foreign Trade". What I meant was the module SAP SD includes Foreign Trade, so if you get into SAP SD that would be the right skill for you as it has foreign trade also.
If you look at any job websites you can see recruiters always ask for experienced people.
Try one or two months with your domain experience and ask the recruiters how you can get into SAP. Some companies takes freshers and domain experienced people if they have a SAP certification.
