Hi Sir/Mam

I am doing job in Networking and now i searching job in SAP BASIS i have completed training of BASIS, for getting job it is necessary to complete certification.

Certification is NOT a job guarantee program. SAP / Education Partners may asist you in finding the job, but, surely, they cannot give you any guarantee. Therefore, it is always good to have reasonable expectations on SAP Certification. Job is depends on your education, experience, skills, certification, cultural fit, hands on exposure, team work and attitude etc., but NOT merely on Certification.

I agree with Ravi Sankar veena "Certification is NOT a job guarantee program",but certification will more help at the time of job trails max companys will prefer certified peoples.
