I am fresher in SAP ABAP . I want to know what is the career growth in this feild of SAP . What i have to do for makink more money in this field?? any certification courses which will help me in growing in this feild??

You can make money in any possible way.. even Adobe helps in some way..

You could definately go for certification as it would increase your credibilty in front of an employer.

HI,

if you want to make career in SAP you can go ABAP with certification.

But if you want to make money using SAP, you can go for advanced technologies in ABAP, like ABAP-Web-dynpro, Adobe Forms, BSP and all.

But if you want to make money using SAP -

Do not see this as a money making opportunity alone ..... It is a career you want to build - the returns would have to be seen for many years to come.

Look at your career in a different perspective . I does not mean that is someone paid 1 million dollars for something that it would be the best paying job.... and also try and see what you would like to be say 10 years from now ( and realistic visions ...) and think through what you need to do to get there in terms of achievable goals and the time it takes for each - everyone cannot become a nobel laureate and that too not in a single day!!!

Be realistic and also look at things from a long term perspective...

Might sound as advice .... but then my professor once said - plan for a career period of 10 years - first 5 years - do not expect any money - look at it as an investment and build a career and then once you think you are ready - you will see the money coming... it does not happen overnight...
