Restart my SAP BI career after a break of 2 years

I am planning to resume my career after a 2 years maternity break, as we understand the technology has changed in the due course. I am trying to prepare a plan to rejuvenate my skills and make myself industry ready.

1. Please suggest the key tasks as part of the preparation of this plan.

2. Kindly share documents relevant to this plan also regarding SAP BI.
