Hi All,
I have just completed my SAP CRM 7.0 certification. I have a question regarding the career center.
Once I am trying to upload the resume in SCN career center, They are suggesting to remove contact info, in case I leave aside ph no, email etc..... how will the employers can contact me?
Please guide..

Hello,
Right now the system is set up for anonymous resumes. So, the way it works is that your contact details are deleted from your resume but they are still in your profile, which is hidden. If an employer wants to contact you, you will receive a system generated message that employer xyz is interested in talking to you. You can then accept or decline that request.
BTW, we are looking to enhance the system, so in the future users will be able to choose from several different settings. Hope this helps. Cheers,
