Dear HR Professionals,

I am Ratandeep Kaur working as HR Operations in an IT Company . Having total 3.8 years experience as HR Generalist in Noida.

Now I am looking for change in MNC , but struggling with profile issues as all companies are asking for SAP -Successfactor professional.

So I am planning to do SAP SF course ..... please suggest good training institutes in Noida with good placements in Delhi / NCR as classroom training as I want to enter into Corporate world .

Meanwhile please let me know with one more thing is SAP HCM or successfactor is backend job or SAP job is not better than HR generalist job????
