Hi,
netweaver is not a programming language or a tool to learn; it is the platform on which the whole SAP system is based.
if you think that you´re an expert in ABAP with only 2 years, then you´re terribly. There is a big world out there to conquer and for that you need weapons: SmartForms, Adobe Forms, IDOCs, ABAP OO, RFC communication, BDC, Batch Input, SAP Dialogue Programming, Enhancement Points, BADIs, User Exits, BAPIs, ALV lists, ABAP workbench, LSMW and a long etcetera.
If you ever learn those techniques, then you may want to upgrade your knowledge with BSP or Webdynpro, SAP Workflow, XI, Transformations, and also a very long etcetera.
