Hello All,

Not sure if i am posting on the write wall. Please help me with the query

I have done my BE and Mba(HR). I would be moving to US - New Jersey in Dec.

I was planning to do a course in SAP, but totally blank as to in what should I do this (HR,ABAP,BI/BW, HANA, CRM (heard this is the trend now )/ where do I do this course

Also let me know the scope for this after I come back to India.

As far as I get a decent job and salary and good experience, I would want to go for it

Please advice

Thank you

Shwetha

Dear Shwetha,

If you like programming then go for HANA.

But I think HR would suit you best.

Get trained well first.

Training from some institutes or SAP Partner Institutes is better. But most important is Trainer. Enquire about the Trainer first.

In US, contract jobs are many. So you can try there for jobs..

All the Best.

Thanks Sajid, I have worked as an hr for four years now. So no technical experience, though I have Be degree. So would SAP Hr be good option for me ? Or anything else I could try for ? I would then look for that accordingly. also let me know if it has a good scope as a career.

Dear Shwetha,

For SAP HR Functional, no Technical experience is required.

For SAP HR Functional, the HR Domain is required as a prerequisite and you have that 4 years of HR Experience. Hence I think HR Functional is ideal for u.
