I am having more than 30 years engineering industrial experience, i am very much interested in SAP MM, I learned year 2004 SAP MM from un authorised center,due to fake certification , I dropped my idea. Now I willing to get certification from authorized SAP certified partner, can i get opportunity after getting certification? basically i am an engineer with MBA.

I don't think certification will generate a job opportunity but it is a great way to learn. I encourage you to look at S/4HANA for materials management, as that is where the opportunities are/will be.

While you can very well learn through authorized training centers, the fact is your domain experience will not be considered when you enter into SAP world. You will be treated as a Fresher. If you want to learn SAP, well and good and I don't want to discourage you but in terms of employment, sorry, at this age, it is not recommended to shift your carrier
