Hello Uma,
I appreciate you decision to step into the world of SAP, but along side i just hope you have done sufficient R&D on yourself as after having a big experience of 5 years, you will become fresher again. Yes that's right!!
So below points may be useful to you:
1. When you decide to start to make a career in SAP don't leave your job (if you are into a job) and invest everything. because you never know when things will click for you. Refer to the following blogs by the mentors here in SCN forums.:
2. SAP Certification is not a guarantee that you will get a job or good placement, it may happen or may not, but it will definitely help you a bit to stand out in the crowd but practical hands on experience is what all companies look for which equally makes life tough for the new fresh SAP Aspirants.
You can check out these blogs :
1, How to Prepare for a Certification Exam in 5 Simple Steps
2. How to Approach and Pass a SAP Certification
3. SAP Authorized centers may or may not provide you with placements even after successful completion of your certification. So be noted that you need to be self motivated enough to over come all the upcoming challenges and make it to your first break which will be the most tough job for you.
Here in authorized SAP Partner institutes have certification training programs in two different modes and candidates prepare either in ILT(Instructor Led Training) or OLT(Online Training / when on job). After done, they appear the certification exam conducted online by SAP, thus certifying themselves. In your case decide which mode suits you best, from my point of view OLT will be a preferred one as it will have larger time line to give you sufficient time to prepare.
As for Authorized centers are concerned, here are the more renowned ones, (check their website for the required branch nearest to your place):
1. DELPHI COMPUTECH
2. LITHAN GENOVATE
3. SIEMENS
4. ATOS
Hope the info helps you. All the best

Hi Uma,
can you please tell me which city you currently belongs too, when it comes to take training from any unauthorised training center, i will not suggest it to you as the contents of their study materials are not so good.

Hi Uma,
Please go through below information to under SAP HR module high level overview .
The aim of the Human Resources component is to enable companies to process employee related data according to business requirements in an effective structure. The Human Resources module uses a system of data grouped together called infotypes. Infotypes mirror a quantity of connected data records; infotypes are identifiable through a four character numerical string [e.g. infotype Addresses (0006)] and a complete listing is included. You can save the infotypes as time dependent to enable a retroactive evaluation of Employee data. The infotypes appear as an entry screen for the user, through which you can maintain infotype records. Infotypes can be processed individually or in fast entry mode.
What are the main modules of SAP HR?
The SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) contains all the process are classified in three major scenarios:
Workforce Process Management
That includes the following processes:
- Employee administration
- Personnel time management and evaluation
- Organizational Management
- Benefits management
- Payroll calculation
Talent Management
That includes the following processes:
- Recruiting
- Career management
- Succession management
- Enterprise Learning
- Employee performance management
- Compensation management
