Hi all,

i am facing issue while opening /irj/portal

below are the logs from log viewer, i have re-started my server0 node ... please help

java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.portal.navigation.IAliasHelper.addAliasData(java.lang.String, com.sap.portal.navigation.AliasData) of a null object loaded from local variable 'aliashelper

Hi All,

i further drill down the issue and found my usage type is :

and further i need install some EP usage type also to fix this issue.

please help if someone have faced the same issue and guide me the right direction.
